Section 11.15.15.02 - Distribution of Funds

A.Pursuant to Transportation Article, § 13-618, Annotated Code of Maryland, the fee shall be distributed as follows:

(1) $10 to the Motor Vehicle Administration; and

(2) $10 to the Chesapeake Bay Trust, a nonprofit organization created by the Maryland General Assembly in 1985.

B. Money collected through the sale of Chesapeake Bay Commemorative Plates and due to the Chesapeake Bay Trust shall be transferred monthly to the Trust.
