Section 10.52.11.01 - Scope

A. These regulations apply to any of the following individuals when the individual is involved in patient care activities:

(1) Acupuncturist;

(2) Dental hygienist;

(3) Dentist;

(4) Electrologist;

(5) Employee of a health care facility;

(6) Employee of a health care professional;

(7) Mortician;

(8) Nurse;

(9) Physician;

(10) Physician assistant; and

(11) Podiatrist.

B. These regulations apply to any health care facility or private professional office where a health care worker is involved in patient care activities.
