Section 10.51.05.13 - ComplaintsA. A licensee shall retain all complaint records and documentation of the investigations and corrective actions taken by the laboratory.B. A licensee shall ensure that complaint documents include at least the: (1) Name and organization of complainant, if applicable;(3) Details of complaint;(4) Corrective action and resolution; and(5) Notification of the complainant as to the resolution of the complaint.C. A licensee shall forward all complaints to the laboratory director.Md. Code Regs. 10.51.05.13
