Section 10.27.18.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Board" means the Board of Nursing.

(2) "Licensee" means, unless the context requires otherwise, a registered nurse, a licensed practical nurse, or an advanced practice registered nurse as defined in Health Occupations Article, §8-101, Annotated Code of Maryland.

(3) "Penalty" means monetary fine.
