Section 10.25.04.01 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Commission" means the Maryland Health Care Commission.

(2) "Hospital" has the meaning stated in Health-General Article, §19-301, Annotated Code of Maryland.
