Section 10.14.05.09 - Unallowable Uses of Grant Funds

A grantee may not use grant funds from the Fund to pay for:

A. Major medical equipment purchases;

B. Renovations;

C. Capital expenditures; or

D. Cancer prevention or cancer treatment that would be provided by an individual's existing health insurance, including:

(1) Medical Assistance;

(2) Medicare; or

(3) Private health insurance.
