Section 09.33.01.04 - Compliance with Law

The Job Service shall be administered in accordance with the Wagner-Peyser Act, 29 U.S.C. § 49, regulations adopted by the United States Employment Service, and the Labor and Employment Article, § 8-803, Annotated Code of Maryland.
