Section 09.15.02.02 - Responsibility of Master, Master Restricted, or Limited Licensee

A licensee may not use the licensee's license to obtain a permit or other authority to proceed from a governmental entity unless the licensee is:

A. Familiar with the design and purpose of the specific heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration work to be performed;

B. Available to direct and control all journeymen, apprentices, and others providing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services; and

C. Responsible for the work.
