Section 09.15.01.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Board" means the State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors.

(2) "License fee" means the fee paid by an applicant or licensee, as applicable, in connection with the issuance and renewal of a license and the issuance of a limited license and a reciprocal license.

(3) "Mechanical boards " means collectively the:

(a) State Board of Master Electricians;

(b) State Board of Stationary Engineers;

(c) State Board of Plumbing; and

(d) State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors.

(4) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
