Section 09.10.01.32 - Post Position

A. Post positions shall be determined publicly by lot in the presence of the racing secretary or his deputy, or one or more stewards.

B. Beginning from the inside rail, the horses shall take their positions at the post in keeping with the numerical order resulting from the public drawing.
