Section 09.03.15.04 - Calculating Values in Appendix A of this ChapterA. Actual Appreciation. Actual change in value shall be calculated using the All-Transactions House Price Index as published by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis unless this index becomes unavailable, in which case the Commissioner may designate an alternate index.B. Final Payment Amount. The final payment amount shall be the lender's share of appreciation or equity, plus, if applicable under the terms of the agreement, any other amounts payable by the borrower at termination, minus any amount over any repayment limit to which the lender and the borrower have agreed.Md.
