Section 09.01.10.01 - Applicability

The following standards shall be applied by an officer, commissioner, commission, and board within the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to the extent the officer, commissioner, commission, or board has authority to consider the effect of a criminal conviction on the grant, denial, renewal, or revocation of a license.
