Section 08.09.02.02 - State-Ocean City Building Limit Line

A. South of 33rd Street. South of the northern boundary of the bed of 33rd Street, the State-Ocean City building limit line is the western boundary of Atlantic Avenue as shown on the plat of the Sinepuxent Beach Company.

B. North of 33rd Street.

(1) North of the northern boundary of the bed of 33rd Street, the State-Ocean City building limit line is the line described in § B(4) of this regulation.

(2) Control points for the stations identified in § B(4) of this regulation are the permanent control points established for the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District. A copy of the plats identifying the locations of control points is available for inspection in the offices of the Department of Natural Resources, Shore Erosion Control Program, Annapolis, Maryland.

(3) The location of the State-Ocean City building limit line described in § B(4) of this regulation prevails over the location of the State-Ocean City building limit line described in any other plats, maps, deeds, or other writings.

(4) North of the northern boundary of the bed of 33rd Streets, the State-Ocean City building limit line is described as follows:
