Section 08.03.10.03 - Crippled Game

Every game bird or game animal wounded by hunting and reduced to possession by the hunter shall be immediately killed.

Regulations .03 were previously codified as under COMAR 08.03.01 Wildlife Conservation. This recodification was effective June 3, 1985 (12:11 Md. R. 1047)
