Section 08.02.17.02 - Chicamuxen Creek

A person may not enter, remain in, or catch or attempt to catch fish in the designated portion of Chicamuxen Creek, north of Linton Point off the Potomac River in Charles County, which encompasses the area northeast of a line running from a point at or near the shore defined by Lat. 038°32'30.7"N., Long. 077°13'59.0"W., then running approximately 184°True to a point at or near the shore defined by Lat. 038°32'13.7"N., Long. 077°14'00.7"W., from March 1 through June 15. This defined portion of Chicamuxen Creek is designated as a State fish refuge during this time period.
