Section 05.05.06.04 - Program AdministrationA. The Administration shall administer the Program according to the Plan.B. At intervals to be determined by the Secretary, the Administration shall revise the Plan according to the procedures in the Plan and as required by the Internal Revenue Code.C. The Administration shall have copies of the Plan available for public inspection at the offices of the Administration and on the Department's website (www.dhcd.state.md.us).Md. Code Regs. 05.05.06.04
