Section 05.01.07.06 - Committee Functions

The Committee shall review and make recommendations to the Secretary regarding:

A. All loans in excess of $250,000 proposed to be made by the:

(1) Community Development Administration,

(2) Division of Development Finance, and

(3) Maryland Housing Fund;

B. The investment policies of the:

(1) Community Development Administration, and

(2) Maryland Housing Fund; and

C. The project financing policies of the:

(1) Community Development Administration, and

(2) Division of Development Finance.
