Section 04.04.01.03 - Responsibilities for Authorizing Manufacture, Duplication, and Distribution of Keys

Every unit shall appoint an employee who shall be responsible for authorizing the manufacture, duplication, distribution, and possession of keys capable of locking and unlocking doors, gates, or barriers in or on State real property used by the unit.
