Section 650-1-9-2 - Qualification for Certification

Prior to the issuance of a certificate by the Authority, attending physicians must:

A. Be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Maine;

B. Study and become thoroughly familiar with 8 M.R.S. Chapter 20 and Authority rules governing mixed martial arts; and

C. File with the Authority a completed official application form accompanied by full payment of required fees.
