Each competitor shall wear mixed martial arts shorts, biking shorts, or kick-mixed martial arts shorts that do not extend below the knee.Shorts may not have pockets, zippers, or exposed Velcro. Women competitors shall wear a sports bra and/or tight fitting and short-sleeved rash guards.B. The following are prohibited during competition: 3. Taping of ankles; and 4.
