Section 346-34-6 - Extension of Right of First Refusal

.Maine Housing may extend the 90-day period by giving written notice to the owner within the 90-day period that Maine Housing intends to pursue the right of first refusal. The extension runs until 90days after the Current Appraised Value is finally determined as outlined below.
