Maine Housing will prepare and submit an annual State Plan for WAP to Efficiency Maine Trust in accordance with 35-A M.R.S.A. §10104(8) and to the Secretary of the United States Department of Energy in accordance with the Weatherization Act.
Maine Housing will notice a public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the State Plan and will also prepare a transcript of the hearing.
