Section 584-1-VII - MEETINGSA. The annual meeting of the Directors shall be held in September of each year, at which time the Directors shall elect the officers.B. Regular and special meetings of the Directors may be called either by the Chair or any three Directors.C. Meetings of the Directors shall be held at such place in the State of Maine as is specified in the notice of meeting.D. Notice of meetings must be received by the Directors at least two (2) business days prior to the date of the meeting, by mail, telephone or otherwise.E. Public notice of any Directors' meeting shall be given in accordance with applicable law in effect from time to time, which as of the date of adoption of these bylaws provides that: (a) Public notice of a Directors' meeting shall be given in ample time to allow public attendance and shall be disseminated in a manner reasonable calculated to notify the general public in the area served by the Authority.(b) In the event of an emergency meeting, local representatives of the media shall be notified of the time and location of the meeting whenever practical by the same or faster means used to notify the Directors.95-584 C.M.R. ch. 1, § VII
