Section 649-301-8 - NON-PAYMENT BASED ON MISCONDUCT1. If Counsel submits a voucher for work completed that, upon investigation, the Executive Director concludes violated any of the Maine Rules of Professional Conduct or Commission Rules, the voucher may be rejected-in whole or in part- and the Executive Director may deny payment for the same.
