Section 457-608-4 - ReportingA. The postsecondary educational institution, in which the recipient is enrolled, shall report annually to the authority on forms provided by the authority the granting of the tuition waiver and the amount of funds the waiver represents.B. The postsecondary educational institution in which the recipient is enrolled shall report to the authority when it is determined that the recipient has left the institution or has been dismissed from the institution for failure to meet academic standards.C.
