The program shall be administered by and is delegated to, the Chief Executive Officer. The Authority may provide financial assistance in the form of aloan in the amount actually necessary to complete a project up to $400,000 to an eligible borrower. Assistance under this program shall be from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund pursuant to agreement among the Authority, the Maine Municipal Bond Bank and the MDEP.
