Section 457-318-9 - CommitmentA. Upon approval of a direct loan or grant application by the Chief Executive Officer, a commitment will be issued setting forth the terms and conditions upon which the loan or grant will be extended.D. In the event the Chief Executive Officer rejects any application, the Chief Executive Officer will promptly send the applicant notice containing reasons for the rejection.
