Section 411-202-1 - ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MEDICAL BOARD1. The MainePERS Board of Trustees shall designate a Medical Board to provide advice, recommendations, assistance, and consultations to the MainePERS Executive Director or designee in accordance with Maine statutes. The Board may designate an entity that employs medical providers who constitute the membership of the Medical Board.2.
