Section 178-501-2 - AdministrationA. The board shall have the powers and duties provided in Sections 374 through 377 of the Act, and may delegate loan approval and denial authority to a financial services provider as set forth herein.B. The board may enter into contracts with one or more responsible entities to perform the administrative functions necessary for the efficient conduct of the program. The contract(s) may provide for compensation for services rendered and reasonable expenses.C.
