Section 351-3-2 - Filing Requirements1. Except as specifically provided in 39-A M.R.S.A. §101et seq. or in these rules, all forms and correspondence, including, but not limited to petitions, shall be filed in the Central Office of the Workers' Compensation Board.2. Except as specifically provided in 39-A M.R.S.A. §101et seq. or in these rules, forms and correspondence required to be filed in the Central Office of the Workers' Compensation Board are filed when the Board receives the form by mail, in-hand delivery, fax, or other form of electronic transfer.3.
