Section 407-440-1 - SCOPE AND PURPOSE

A.Scope

Unless otherwise specified, this Chapter applies to all gas utilities in the State.

B.Purpose

This Chapter establishes meter performance, accuracy, testing, and related standards and for gas utilities.
