Section 407-289-13 - TREATMENT OF CERTAIN CONSUMER PROGRAMSA.Lifeline and Link-Up. An ILEC shall provide Lifeline and Link-Up pursuant to Chapter 294 of the Commission's rules to all customers that receive a bundled service and are eligible for these programs under the terms of Chapter 294.B.Discounted service for deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired persons.
