Section 250-171-18 - MOTOR CARRIER RECORD KEEPING1. A registrant must retain the UCR records upon which the annual applications and renewals are based for a period of three years from the due date or the filing date, whichever comes first, plus any time period included as a result of any state decisions or inquiries. The three year period is the current calendar year and the prior two calendar years.2.
