After hearing, the Commission may take any action allowed by law that is necessary to address the issues raised in the complaint including requiring additional education, training, experience, and/or suspension or revocation of licenses. Such decision shall be written and otherwise in compliance with Maine Administrative Procedure Act, 5 M.R.S. §§9051et seq. The decision shall be the final agency action of the Commission.
