Section 229-310-12 - FEES1. The fee for any permit granted pursuant to these rules is $10/month up to a maximum of twelve months. The annual fee is $120.2. Fees are calculated from the permit effective date to the last day of the expiration month. A partial month is treated as a full month.3.Miscellaneous feesA.Transfer fee - a permit may be transferred from a vehicle being disposed of to another vehicle controlled by the motor carrier for a fee of $10.B.Fax fee - the fee to fax a permit is $3.C.Reinstatement fee - the fee to reinstate a revoked permit is $50.4.
