Section 229-300-02 - PARKING AND "U" TURNSA. Parking or Stopping. There shall be no parking or stopping on any -portion of the Interstate Highway, including the pavement, shoulders and slopes within the Interstate Highway right-of-way limit, on any side road entering the Interstate Highway or on any maintenance cross-overs, except in cases of emergency, breakdowns or for maintenance and police functions.B. "U" Turns.
