Section 642-6-5 - REVISIONS TO THE 2015 IECC

The following additions, insertions, deletions, and other changes are hereby made to the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code:

1. Section C101.1

Delete [NAME OF JURISDICTION]; and

Insert "State of Maine" in its place.

2. Section C107

Delete Section C 107 "Fees" in its entirety, without substitution.

3. Section C109

Delete Section C 109 "Board of Appeals" in its entirety, without substitution.

4.Section R101.1

Delete [NAME OF JURISDICTION]; and

Insert "State of Maine" in its place.

5.Section R 107

Delete Section R 107 "Fees" in its entirety, without substitution.

6.Section R109

Delete Section R 109 "Board of Appeals" in its entirety, without substitution

7.Section 402.4.4

Delete Section R 402.4.4 in its entirety, without substitution

18.Section R 403.6.1

Delete Section R403.6.1 in its entirety

Insert Section 4.1 of ASHRAE 62.2 2016 Edition
