Each day at a pre-set time following closure of slot machine operations, the casino operator licensed to operate slot machines and table games at a commercial track licensed to operate a slot machine facility on January 1, shall, through the Central Site Monitoring System (CSMS), ascertain the daily gross slot machine income for the period that just closed. Prior to the start of operations on each Wednesday, the Operator shall, using the CSMS, generate a summary gross slot machine income report for the previous week. The total contained in the report shall be reconciled with the individual daily totals. The Operator shall, before the close of business on Wednesday, submit the weekly amounts to the Board in two payments as follows:
Should any dispute arise concerning the payment amounts, the CSMS figure shall control.
