Section 633-6-3

No payment for credits awarded on a slot machine may be made unless the ticket meets the following requirements:

1. It is presented on a fully legible, valid, printed ticket on paper approved by the board, containing the information as required;

2. It is not mutilated, altered, unreadable, or tampered with in any manner, or previously paid; and

3. It is not counterfeit in whole or in part.
