A licensee shall disclose changes in information.
1. Except as otherwise provided in this rule, if an obligation has been placed upon a licensee to report or submit information to the Board, the reporting or submission may be accomplished by providing the information to the Director or the Board.2. A licensee or an applicant for a license has a continuing duty to disclose promptly any material changes in information provided to the Board as soon as the applicant or licensee becomes aware of the change. The duty to disclose changes in information continues throughout any period of licensure granted by the Board. A licensee or applicant shall make sure that all required release of information forms submitted to the Board are current.3. A slot machine operator, casino operator, slot machine distributor, table game distributor, or gambling services vendor shall immediately notify the Board of any proposed or effective change regarding the makeup of its owners, directors, officers, partners, or key executives.16- 633 C.M.R. ch. 3, § 2
