Section 633-28-3 - ADVANCE DEPOSIT WAGERING LICENSE1. Any person may request a license from the Board to conduct advance deposit wagering in accordance with 8 M.R.S. Chapter 31, and these rules.2. In order to receive an advance deposit wagering license from the board, an applicant must meet the requirements of 8 M.R.S. §1073 and the rules adopted by the board.3. The nonrefundable application fee for an advance deposit wagering license is $1,000. In addition, the board requires an applicant to pay a one- time investigation fee of $2,500.00. If the cost surpasses the initial deposit amount, the applicant shall be invoiced for the actual remaining balance due which shall be paid before issuance of a license.4. The fee for an advance deposit wagering license is $500. The fee for the annual renewal of an advance deposit wagering license is $250.5. The initial application fee for an employee license under section 1015 is $250. The renewal fee for one year is $25. The renewal for a three-year employee license is $50.6.
