Section 633-28-15 - CLOSE OR REFUSE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT1. The advance deposit wagering operator may close or refuse to open an account, for what it deems good and sufficient reason, and will order an account closed if it is determined that information that was used to open an account was false, or that the account has been used in violation of these rules. The advance deposit wagering operator must report accounts of State of Maine residents that were closed in the previous month to the Board no later than five (5) days of the end of the current month including the:A. Name of account holder;B. Address of account holder;C. Telephone and/or email contact information, if available; andD. Reason for the closing.16-633 C.M.R. ch. 28, § 15
