Section 633-11-1 - Transporting slot Machines or Table Games into Maine1. No Slot Machine or Table Game Distributor shall ship or transport a slot machine or table game into Maine without first obtaining a written authorization for such transport from the Director . Transporting or shipping into Maine means the starting point is outside the State and terminates in the State.2. Any Slot Machine or Table Game Distributor authorized to ship a slot machine or table game into Maine shall provide the Board in writing at least two weeks prior to the time of shipment the following information: A. The full name, address, and license number of the person shipping the slot machines or table games;B. The method of shipment and the name of the carrier;C. The full name, address, and license number of the person to whom the slot machines or table games are being sent and the destination of said terminals, if different from the address;D. The number of slot machines or table games in the shipment;E. The serial number of each slot machine or table games in the shipment;F. The model number and description of each slot machine or table games in the shipment; andG. The expected arrival date of the slot machines or table games at their respective destination within Maine.3. All gaming storage media devices which contain game functions or characteristics, including but not limited to pay tables and random number generators must be removed from games, and shipped to the local Board field office at the licensed facility in a sealed container marked "Gaming Software Inside." Non-Gaming storage media, including, but not limited to, system software and firmware and peripheral firmware, will be shipped directly with the hardware or separately to the slot machine or casino operator.16- 633 C.M.R. ch. 11, § 1
