A. All Municipal, County, State or non-Federal law enforcement agencies that send an employee to the Basic Law Enforcement Training Program shall pay a sum per employee, as prescribed by the Board of Trustees, to the Academy before the school in which the employee or employees are enrolled commences.B. Each individual who is enrolled in a Pre-service Training Program will be assessed a fee as prescribed by the Board of Trustees. This fee will be collected upon enrollment of the student and made payable to the Academy.C. Each applicant who is a full-time law enforcement officer or corrections officer and applies for a waiver of the Basic Courses shall pay a fee as prescribed by the Board.D. Each applicant shall pay a sum, as prescribed by the Board of Trustees, to the Academy to meet the cost of administering the reading and writing entrance examination.E. Each applicant shall pay a sum, as prescribed by the Board of Trustees, to the Academy to meet the cost of administering the physical fitness entrance examination.F. Each pre-employment applicant to the Basic Law Enforcement Training Program shall pay a sum as prescribed by the Board of Trustees, to the Academy to meet the cost of administering the application processG. Each pre-employment student to the Basic Law Enforcement Training Program shall pay a sum, as prescribed by the Board of Trustees, to the Academy for course tuition.H. The Board of Trustees shall establish a fee schedule for training and all other services provided by the Maine Criminal Justice Academy to help defray the cost of such training and services.16- 227 C.M.R. ch. 11, § 1
