Section 222-3-04 - Maximum PrizesA.(1) No single prize awarded shall be in excess of $400 in value.(2) No more than $1,400.00 may be awarded during any one occasion. B. Fictitious values shall not be set on any prize, but shall be determined by the retail cost of an equivalent article on the open market.C. Credit towards greater prizes shall not be given.D.
