Section 219-28-5 - ACCIDENTS1. Evacuation procedures shall be established for each ride for use in case of emergency. Any necessary equipment needed for such evacuation shall be readily available for use.2. It will be the responsibility of the ride owner or his representative to report to the State Fire Marshal's Office via Regional State Police Barracks any personal injury accident as follows: A.
