Completion of at least 12 inspection reports during the calendar year.7. Loss of certification A. A Fire Safety Technician certificate may be revoked by the State Fire Marshal. Grounds for revocation include any violation by the Fire Safety Technician of applicable laws, codes or standards, or proof that false information was given or a misrepresentation was knowingly made by the Fire Safety Technician in the course of fulfilling inspection duties.16- 219 C.M.R. ch. 24, § 1
