Section 193-20-3 - Use of Previously Confidential Information
1. The Department may release to the public otherwise confidential information about Individuals who died at State Facilities for the sole purpose of creating and maintaining Memorials at State Facilities. The release must be only to the extent necessary to create and maintain the Memorials.
2. Only the name and date of death of an Individual who died at a State Facility may be part of a Memorial. The Department must maintain the confidentiality of all other information as required by state and federal laws.
