The CSSP goal for placing participants in education or training leading to non traditional occupations (NTOs) is the same as for any policy in WIOA that is designed to provide an incentive for greater enrollment into NTOs. In addition to tracking NTO training and job placements, the Department will track participation based upon occupational goal and level of education required by gender.
