Section 179-1-02 - DISPOSITION WITHOUT FULL HEARINGA. The Board may make informal disposition of any adjudicatory proceeding by default when any party fails to appear at the scheduled hearing, provided that notice of the consequences of such failure to appear has been given to said party. Any such default may be set aside by the Board for good cause shown.B.
